Plan Commission — Minutes

Plan Commission Meeting November 10, 2025 1. Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Paula Przywojski. Members present: Frank Fogel, Jon Zabel, Mike Wellik, and Charlie Lipke. Tom Thompson was excused. Kim Reibel was also present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 2. Motion to approve agenda by Fogel/ Lipke passed unanimously. 3. Public Comment: None 4. Motion to approve minutes of October 13, 2025 by Fogel/ Zabel passed unanimously. 5. Discussion on making recommendation to Town Board relating to variance request relative to size for a detached accessory building for Tim Reagles, N6712 Sun Valley Road, tax parcel 10-02842-000: Tim Reagles explained reason for needing the building. Motion by Fogel/ Wellik to recommend to the Town Board a variance request relative to size for a detached accessory building for Tim Reagles, N6712 Sun Valley Road, tax parcel 10-02842-000. Motion passed unanimously. 6. Discussion on making recommendation to the Town Board relating to a variance request relative to landscape upgrades of pervious and impervious structure within 75 feet of the ordinary highwater mark for Phillips Outdoor Service, on behalf of Regan Koonce at W7561 County Road ZB, tax parcel 10-02132-000: Josh Ratzloff from Phillips Outdoor Service spoke regarding the project. Motion by Wellik/ Fogel to recommend to the Town Board a variance request relative to landscape upgrades of pervious and impervious structure within 75 feet of the ordinary highwater mark for Phillips Outdoor Service, on behalf of Regan Koonce at W7561 County Road ZB, tax parcel 10-02132-000.
