Town Board Meeting Minutes October 28, 2025 Chairperson Przywojski called the Town Board budget meeting to order on October 28, 2025 at 2:01 p.m. at the Town of Onalaska Town Hall, N5589 Commerce Road. Present were; Chairperson Paula Przywojski, Supervisors Frank Fogel, Betty DeBoer, and Luke Marcou. Supervisor Emy Monroe was excused. Mary Rinehart was also present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Chairperson Przywojski advised this meeting was properly noticed on October 16, 2025 with purpose of development of the 2026 Town Budget, not to address Shoreline fees. November 18, 2025 is the Budget Hearing to present the proposed budget to the electorate followed by a board meeting to approve the levy and adopt the budget. The budget approval is April 2026. Motion to approve agenda by Fogel/ Marcou. Motion passed unanimously. Discussion and possible action regarding 2026 Town of Onalaska budget development: Equipment needs were discussed. Rent adjustment relative to tenants were included in the budget. Motion by Marcou/ Fogel to move forward with the 2026 Budget as developed and present at Budget Hearing on November 18, 2025 at 6 p.m. Motion passed unanimously. No further budget meeting scheduled.
