Plan Commission Minutes October 13, 2025 1. Call to order by Chairperson Paula Przywojski. Members present: Charlie Likpe (via zoom), Frank Fogel and Mike Wellik. Tom Thompson was excused, Jon Zabel was absent. Mary Rinehart was also present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 2. Motion to approve agenda by Fogel/Wellik passed unanimously. 3. Public Comment: None 4. Motion to approve minutes of July 7, 2025 meeting by Fogel/Lipke passed unanimously. 5. Discussion and possible action making recommendation to Town Board regarding Conditional Use permit application for Josh Neumann, N6843 McCurdy Road to build a single-family home on parcel 10-123-0: Josh Newmann appeared to request approval for proposed building project. Discussion included farmland preservation legislation, the La Crosse County zoning ordinance, ACUP provisions and the Town being under La Crosse County zoning, including how these affect the commissions decision making. Motion by Wellik/Przywojski to recommend to Town Board to recommend to La Crosse County for Josh Neumann to work with La Crosse County within the parameters of an ACUP and deny the application as presented. Motion passed unanimously. 6. Discussion regarding ELH annexation of a portion of the undeveloped Heritage Hills addition. 7. Motion to adjourn by Fogel/Wellik passed unanimously at 8:00 pm.
