Special Town Board Meeting Minutes August 25, 2025 Chairperson Paula Przywoski the Special Town Board meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. at the Town of Onalaska Town Hall, N5589 Commerce Road. Also present were: Supervisors Frank Fogel, Luke Marcou, Emy Monroe and Betty DeBoer. Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer Mary Rinehart was also present. Motion to approve agenda by Fogel/ Monroe. Motion passed unanimously. Discussion regarding hiring of a backup winter snowplow driver: Motion by Monroe/ Marcou to advertise and have Paula and Mary hire a winter backup driver. Motion passed unanimously. Discussion regarding appointment to the Lake Onalaska Protection and Rehabilitation District Board of Commissioners per Wisconsin Statue 33.28 (2) (c): Motion by Monroe/ Fogel to appoint Luke Marcou to the Lake Onalaska Protection and Rehabilitation District Board of Commissioners per Wisconsin Statue 33.28 (2) (c).
