Town Board Monday, July 1, 2025 Special Town Board Meeting Minutes 1. Chairperson Paula Przywojski called the Town Board Meeting to order on July 1, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Onalaska, Town Hall N5589 Commerce Road. Present: Chairperson Paula Przywojski, Supervisors Frank Fogel, Luke Marcou, and Emy Monroe. Supervisor Betty DeBoer was excused. Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer Mary Rinehart was also present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 2. Motion to approve agenda made by Monroe/ Marcou. Motion passed unanimously. 3. Motion to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(b) for considering dismissal, demotion, or discipline of a public employee, specifically regarding a Town shop employee made at 6:01 p.m. by Monroe/ Marcou. Roll call vote. Przywojski: yes, Fogel: yes, Marcou: yes, Monroe yes. Motion passed unanimously. 4. Motion to reconvene into Open Session at 6:47 made by Monroe/ Marcou. Roll call vote. Przywojski: yes, Fogel: yes, Marcou: yes, Monroe: yes. Motion passed unanimously. 5. Motion made by Marcou/ Monroe to have Town Chairperson and Human Resources execute decision made in closed session. Motion passed unanimously. 6. Motion to adjourn made at 6:48 p.m. by Fogel/ Monroe.
