Plan Commission June 9, 2025 The meeting of the Town of Onalaska Plan Commission was called to order by Paula Przywojski at 7:00 pm at the Town of Onalaska Town Hall, N5589 Commerce Road, Onalaska, WI. Members present; Paula Przywojski, Tom Thompson, Charlie Lipke, Mike Wellik, and Frank Fogel. Jon Zabel was absent. Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer Mary Rinehart was also present. Motion to approve agenda with deletion of item 8 by Fogel/Lipke passed unanimously. Public Comment: None Motion to approve minutes of March 10, 2025 meeting by Fogel/Wellik passed unanimously. Discussion to appoint Commission Chairperson: Motion by Fogel/Thompson to appoint Paula Przywojski as Commission Chairperson passed unanimously. Discussion making recommendation to Town Board regarding Certified Survey Map for Terry Weiland Construction Inc, for lots 23, 24 and part of lots 22 and 25 Heritage Hills undeveloped subdivision to vacate a portion of undeveloped roadway and combine into one buildable lot: Terry Wieland addressed the Commission regarding his development plan for the lots. Wieland indicated he is purchasing the entire undeveloped platted subdivision. Motion by Lipke/Fogel to recommend approval contingent upon all County requirements be met prior to signing. Motion passed unanimously. Discussion making recommendation to Town Board regarding Certified Survey Map for The Graw Family Trust, Bill Raven to combine Wildwood Valley lots 53 and 54 into one lot: Bill Raven addressed the Commission to request approval citing the topography of the lots as a building challenge. Motion by Thompson/Wellik to recommend to Town Board approval of CSM for The Graw Family Trust to combine Wildwood Valley lots 53 and 54 into one lot. Motion passed unanimously.
