FRENCH ISLAND VILLAGE HALL 2219 BAINBRIDGE STREET, LA CROSSE, WI 54603 1) Meeting Called to Order Meeting called to order at 5:45 P.M. 2) Roll Call & Verify Public Notice: Present: President Dan Kapanke, Trustee Bob Wolfert, Trustee Lee Donahue, Trustee Peter Davison, Trustee Mike Stolpa, Trustee Mary Jo Werner. Trustee Heather Harney excused. Also Present: Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Stahl, Police Chief Trisha Stratman, Director Public Works Jason Stratman Pursuant to law, written notice of this meeting was given to the press and posted on the public bulletin boards. 3) Business A. Consideration and possible approval of annual Liquor and Beer License for Uncle Jed, Inc DBA Hillbilly’s Bar & Grill for the remainder of the 2026-2027 licensing period, ending June 30, 2027. Motion to approve by Trustee Wolfert/Trustee Stolpa. Motion carried 6-0. 4) Adjournment of Meeting: Motion to adjourn made by Trustee Donahue/Trustee Davison. Motion carried 6-0 (5:47 P.M.)
