CAMPBELL TOWN HALL 2219 BAINBRIDGE STREET, LA CROSSE, WI 54603 1) Meeting Called to Order / Pledge of Allegiance: Meeting called to order at 5:45 P.M. 2) Roll Call & Verify Public Notice: Present: Chairman Kapanke, Supervisor Wolfert, Supervisor Donahue, Supervisor Thoren, Supervisor Jason Stratman. Also Present: Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Stahl, DPW Jason Hilton; Police Chief Stratman, Deputy Clerk Libby Leis Meeting Notice was properly posted and provided to the press in accordance with Wisconsin Open Meetings Law. 3) Business A – Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2026-03 to Amend Chapter 28 by Creating Sections 28-25 – 28-43 in relation to recycling requirements. Motion to Ordinance 2026-03 to Amend Chapter 28 by Creating Sections 28-25 – 28-43 in relation to recycling requirements by Supervisor Donahue/Supervisor Thoren.
