Report on 7/27/26 meeting: Herlitzke reported calls were down for the second month in a row, they are “on budget”, have applied for another grant and the mold mitigation was completed. He reported to the Fire Board the Town’s public meetings, noted the Town was not in a position to pay 50/50 for the new fire station and suggested other options such as a 30/70 split, downsizing the building or building a smaller station now and another station in 10 years.
