TOWN OF HOLLAND BOARD MEETING June 29, 2026 Special Meeting MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Bob Stupi, Supervisors Jeff Herlitzke, Mike Hoffman and David Weber MEMBERS EXCUSED Rick Hauser STAFF PRESENT Clerk Marilyn Pedretti CALL TO ORDER Chair Stupi called the meeting to order at 4:45 p.m. Notices were properly posted. FONSTAD ROAD Stupi explained the quote from Mathy was to repair a patch in the road where a culvert had been replaced. Motion by Hoffman/Weber to approve $3,850 for Mathy to pave Fonstad Road. MOTION carried unanimously. MEADOW WAY TREE Stupi reported that the Town did not receive positive reply to cost-share on removing a tree on Meadow Way, which was the stipulation in the motion passed June 10th. He noted the area is within a drainage easement so the Town has the right to take the tree down and the neighbors were okay with the tree removal, just not paying for it. Motion by Hoffman/Stupi to spend $4,100 to remove the cottonwood tree on Meadow Way and have it chipped and stump removed. MOTION carried unanimously. ADJOURN Motion by Herlitzke/Weber to adjourn.
