TOWN OF HOLLAND STORMWATER UTILITY COMMISSION April 1, 2026 MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Mike Hoffman, Anita Jagodzinski, Doug Klenke, Ron Knapmiller, Bryan Nindorf, Jared Noffke and Anne Paape STAFF PRESENT John Frauenkron (Town Crew Supervisor), Marilyn Pedretti (Town Clerk) CALL TO ORDER Chair Hoffman called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. Notices were properly posted. MINUTES Motion by Knapmiller/Klenke to approve the minutes of February 4, 2026. MOTION carried. CITIZENS’ CONCERNS: none given. FONSTAD ROAD Hoffman reported he is awaiting word from the engineer on the repair to the Fonstad Road culvert that was not completed last fall. He is hoping it will be finished in the next few weeks. He noted the crew will help haul whatever is needed to speed up the process. 2026 STORMWATER WORK Members reviewed the draft 5-year Stormwater Plan and discussed options for the ten items listed. Several items will be handled by the Town crew. Motion by Klenke/Nindorf to recommend that we remove sod from the shoulders in the Bice Addition and Fieldstone Addition and replace with grave as needed. MOTION carried. Motion by Nindorf/Klenke to recommend getting bids on culvert replacements for Moe Coulee (#6), W. Olson Road (#7), Flaten Road (#8) and Casberg Coulee Road (#9). MOTION carried. Motion by Knapmiller/Klenke to recommend having an engineer study the Christopherson Road culvert replacement. MOTION carried. 5-YEAR WORK PLAN Hoffman asked for any additions to the draft Stormwater 5-Year Plan. Motion by Nindorf/Paape to recommend the approval of the Stormwater 5-Year Plan ADJOURNMENT Motion by Klenke/Knapmiller to adjourn. MOTION carried.
