TOWN OF HOLLAND BOARD MEETING December 15, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Special Meeting MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Bob Stupi, Rick Hauser, Mike Hoffman and David Weber MEMBER EXCUSED Jeff Herlitzke STAFF PRESENT Clerk Marilyn Pedretti, Crew members John Frauenkron and David Carlson, Treasurer Marla Wagner CALL TO ORDER Chair Stupi called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. Notices were posted. CLOSED SESSION Motion by Hauser/Hoffman to enter into closed session under Wisc. Statutes 19.85(1)(c) for: “…consideration of employment, compensation or performance evaluation data…” to wit: conduct employee reviews. Roll call vote. MOTION carried unanimously. Entered into closed session at 3:01 p.m. Members meet with Town employees David Carlson, John Frauenkron, Marla Wagner and Marilyn Pedretti to conduct employee reviews for 2025. Motion by Hauser/Weber to return to open session. MOTION carried. Returned to open session at 4:33 p.m. Motion by Hauser/Weber to raise John, David and Marilyn’s pay $1 an hour, Marla by $600 for the year, Terry $1 an hour and set the deputy clerk and deputy treasurer pay at $18/hour effective January 5, 2026.
