TOWN OF HOLLAND BOARD MEETING September 30, 2025 Special Meeting MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Bob Stupi, Supervisors Jeff Herlitzke, Michael Hoffman, and Rick Hauser EXCUSED David Weber STAFF PRESENT Clerk Marilyn Pedretti CALL TO ORDER Chair Stupi called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Notices were properly posted. FIRE DEPT BUDGET Hauser updated the Board on the current labor contract negotiations. Stupi reported there is a request from the Village of Holmen to adjust our levy under Line H “intergovernmental agreements” that would decrease our levy amount. He noted he is working with the attorney and the Department of Revenue to determine whether that is appropriate. Discussion followed concerning the current capital expense formula of a 50% split. Item will be discussed at the monthly Board meeting next week. 2026 BUDGET WORKSHOP Board members reviewed the 2025 budget and gave input for the 2026 budget. The clerk made adjustments to the draft budget and will present at next week’s Town Board meeting. No official action taken. ADJOURN Motion by Hoffman/Hauser to adjourn. MOTION carried.
