TOWN OF HOLLAND BOARD MEETING September 25, 2025 Special Meeting MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Bob Stupi, Supervisors Jeff Herlitzke, Michael Hoffman, Rick Hauser and David Weber STAFF PRESENT Town Crew John Frauenkron, David Carlson and Jeremie Weed, Clerk Marilyn Pedretti CALL TO ORDER Chair Stupi called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. Notices were properly posted. BIKE TRAIL – ENGINEERING Stupi explained the current status of the County Road MH Bike Trail grant and noted the contract with SEH Inc for engineering services was updated to include two stakings. Torey Leonard, SEH Inc., was present to answer questions. Stupi reported a scoping meeting was held with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Torey Leonard to outline the project and highlight any areas of concern. Motion by Herlitzke/Weber to authorize the Town Chair to sign a contract with SEH Inc for engineering services to construct the County Road MH bike lane Phase 1. MOTION carried unanimously. CLOSED SESSION Motion by Herlitzke/Weber to enter into closed session under Wisc. Statutes 19.85(1)(c) for: “…consideration of employment, compensation or performance evaluation data…” to wit: conduct 90-day review for part-time Town crew member, discuss employee operations and work hours. Roll call vote. MOTION carried unanimously. Entered into closed session at 3:18 p.m. Pedretti was excused. Jeremie Weed was asked to enter closed session at 3:22 p.m. and excused at 3:27 p.m. Frauenkron and Carlson were asked to enter closed session at 3:27 p.m. Motion by Herlitzke/Hauser to return to open session. MOTION carried. The Board returned to open session at 4:11 p.m. Stupi reported no action taken. ADJOURN Motion by Herlitzke/Hauser to adjourn. MOTION carried.
