TOWN OF HOLLAND BOARD MEETING May 28, 2025 Special Meeting MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Bob Stupi, Supervisors Jeff Herlitzke, Michael Hoffman and David Weber MEMBERS EXCUSED Rick Hauser STAFF PRESENT Town Crew John Frauenkron & David Carlson, Clerk Marilyn Pedretti CALL TO ORDER Chair Stupi called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. Notices were properly posted. CLOSED SESSION Motion by Herlitzke/Weber to enter into closed session under Wisc. Statutes 19.85(1)(c) for: “…consideration of employment, compensation or performance evaluation data…” to wit: changes to employee work hours. Roll call vote. MOTION carried unanimously. Entered into closed session at 6:04 p.m. Pedretti was excused. Frauenkron and Carlson remained for initial discussion. Both were excused later in the session. Motion by Herlitzke/Weber to return to open session. MOTION carried. The Board returned to open session at 6:47 p.m. Stupi reported no action taken. Motion by Hoffman/Weber that, for the summer 4/10 trail during a holiday week, the employees work 8 hour days and get paid 8 hours for the holiday. MOTION carried. Motion by Herlitzke/Hoffman that during the 4/10 trial to adjust the minimum PTO to be taken at 5 hours a day excluding medical leave. MOTION carried. ADJOURN Motion by Herlitzke/Weber to adjourn.
