TOWN OF HOLLAND PLAN COMMISSION March 5, 2025 MEMBERS PRESENT Chair Mike Hoffman, Doug Klenke, Ron Knapmiller, Bryan Nindorf, Jared Noffke and Anne Paape MEMBERS EXCUSED Jeff Osgood OTHERS PRESENT Lukasz Lyzwa (General Engineering Co.) STAFF PRESENT David Carlson (Town Crew), Marilyn Pedretti (Town Clerk) CALL TO ORDER Chair Hoffman called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Notices were properly posted. MINUTES Motion by Noffke/Nindorf to approve the minutes of January 7th. MOTION carried. CITIZENS’ CONCERNS: none. TOWN ROAD PLAN Members reviewed the draft plan and supporting documents. Hoffman explained the guardrail concern on O Thompson Road. Discussion followed concerning costs, options for used guardrails, liability and future mitigation. Discussion then followed concerning the Town Road Plan and the seal coating schedule. It was the consensus to obtain additional information and discuss both items next month. COMP PLAN: VILLAGE OF HOLMEN Hoffman reviewed the email from the Village of Holmen concerning their Comprehensive Plan update. It was the consensus that a representative from Holland should attend the Village’s Plan Commission meetings and Hoffman volunteered to cover most of those meetings. UPDATES: Hoffman noted there were no updates. ANNOUNCEMENTS/FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: update the Town Road Plan, O Thompson Road guardrail ADJOURNMENT Motion by Klenke/Knapmiller to adjourn.
