July 16, 2026 Town Board Meeting — Minutes

1 SPECIAL BOARD MEETING DATE: July 16, 2026 Chairman Fred Stoll called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM. Supervisors Kevin Mackie and Adam Olson, and Diane Nelson, Clerk were also present. New Business: Resolution: Fred motioned, seconded by Adam to approve the resolution to authorize the town to proceed with a loan for the sanitary district. Motion passed unanimously. Staffing: With the resignation of Brent, options for filling in at the dump and for lawn mowing were discussed. A job description will be developed for both tasks, allowing for either one or two people to fill the positions. Former employees will be called, Manpower will be explored, and current staff will fill in as possible. Adam motioned, seconded by Kevin to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned at 9:50 AM.
