1 BRULE TOWN BOARD MEETING Tuesday, December 10, 2024 6:30 pm NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Town Board Meeting for the Town of Brule, in the County of Douglas, State of Wisconsin, for transaction of town business as is by law required or permitted to be transacted at such meeting, will be held in the Town Hall or the boardroom. Call to Order Approval of Last Month’s Minutes Treasurer’s Report Approval of Bill Report Public Comments Limited to 5 minutes for each guest. Reports of Previous Month’s Activities: • County Supervisor’s Report (road work, staffing, forestry, miscellaneous projects, committee reports, etc.) • Town Officers’ Reports (problems addressed, future concerns, calls received, etc.) • Road Report (vehicle problems, road issues, garage problems, etc.) • Fire Dept. Report (calls handled, vehicle issues, grants, workshops, meetings/training, etc.) New Business • Douglas County Zoning • Set Caucus Date (between January 2 and January 21, with preference given to holding the caucus on January 21) • Approval of liquor license for Twin Gables (new owner) Old Business • Garage update • Fire Dept. well update Review Town Correspondence Closed Session - Motion to go into Closed Session pursuant to the exemption contained in the WI State Statutes 19.85(1)(c) for review of personnel compensation. Meeting will adjourn directly from closed session. Adjournment
