1 BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING MINUTES DATE: May 14, 2024 Chairman Fred Stoll called the meeting to order at 6:15 PM. ROLL CALL: Myron Olson, Supervisor, Kevin Mackie, Supervisor, Diane Nelson, Clerk, Mike Schnautz, Assessor all present. Chairperson Selection: F red asked for a motion to select a chairperson for the BOR. Myron motioned, seconded by Kevin to appoint Fred as Chair, motion passed. Training: Fred asked who had required BOR training, Diane was trained at the WTA district meeting. Assessment Roll: Mike indicated the assessment roll is not done at this time due to the reassessment. It will be finished this fall. He requested we select dates at this time. BOR/Open Book Dates: Myron motioned to accept the proposed dates, Kevin seconded, motion passed. BOR will be held on Oct 14 from 5:00- 7:00 pm. Open book will be Sept 27 from 5:00- 7:00 pm and Sept 28 from 1:00-3:00 pm. The meeting was adjourned at 6:24 pm. Respectfully submitted, Diane Nelson, Clerk
