Town of Amnicon Regular Monthly Meeting October 10, 2024, 7:00 PM Amnicon Town Hall, 8985 E US HWY 2 South Range, WI 54874 Agenda Meeting will be in the Firehall Subject to change up 24 hours prior to meeting. Closed Session will start at 6:00pm Regular Meeting will start at 7:00pm • Call to Order • Go into closed session to negotiate town employee’s contract • Pledge of Allegiance • Roll Call • Approve Minutes from September 12, 2024, Meeting. Committee Reports • Comprehensive Plan Committee – Dave Ronchi, Discussion on zoning change for Lackson- Spaulding property Departments • Highway Old Business • Discuss and possibly act on resurfacing of the floor in the townhall New Business • Conditional use permit for Cell tower on Richard Lange’s property on 7465 E Bayfield Rd • Spectrum Fiber will be installing cable this fall with hopes to have hook up ready by late 2025 • Tax Collection Contract renewal • Mutual Aid Agreement renewal • Discuss dates for budget planning last year was before November meeting • Correspondence Received • Douglas County Officials • Approve Vouchers / Pay Bills All Items will be discussed, and action may be taken.
