February Business Meeting Minutes 02/11/2025 ● Called to order 19:30 ● Pledge of allegiance ● Last meetings minutes: Correction from the date on January’s minutes “2024 to 2025”. Corrected and updated. Motion to accept changes to December minutes made by Laurie K. And seconded by Russ O. ● Treasurer's Report: TSFD Checking: $44,715.76 Total Assets: $44,715.76 ● Chiefs Report: Braun Intertec submitted a bid for building repairs. Grant for Chemtrek $10,000, a committee has been formed to spec out a drone best for our needs. March 25 th will be a presentation and appreciation with catered food. Please mark this date so we can have as many people as possible there. The new tanker chassis has arrived at Custom Fire with a completion date being 9/25 ● Inspections: Tabled ● Training: Medical: LVAD training Ashleigh asked if anyone needs a refresher course for EMS. Fire: Last month did fire movement and pump training February will be training trauma rescue ● Maintenance: New schedule hung up for teams, will be working to have it posted on IAmResponding in resources Battery chargers needed for ATV & UTV, Eric will get these ordered. Please make sure to plug trucks in when returning them, and make sure trucks do not get below ¾ tank of fuel as this becomes a safety issue when in colder weather, we do not want to be running out of fuel on a call or driving back from a call. ● Fundraisers: Auxiliary meat raffle 2/16 ● Old business Call review & debriefing: N/A ● New business: Mandy contacted borders for hosting the holiday party there. Discussed selecting a date for holiday party, & discussed either getting it catered or doing a potluck. The TSFD holiday party will be on 3/29, we will update everyone with further details at the next meeting. Drone program with ChemTrec grant money, Brett discussed and went into details and presented on which one they have found that best suits us as they have researched. Darryl has a town meeting and will discuss next steps moving forward. EMS helmet decals reimbursement for Brett $131.25, motion to reimburse from checking made by Laurie K. and seconded by Russ O. EMS patches for coats reimbursement for Brett $66.65, motion to to reimburse from checking made by Ashleigh E. and seconded by Eric M. Treasurer’s audit, 3 people needed, this needs to be completed by the end of February and submitted. Amber, Bob and Kaitlyn will set a date and complete it. ● Adjourned 20:21
