SUPERIOR PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES FINANCE-PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Wed. September 9, 2026 A meeting for the Library Board Finance-Personnel Committee convened on Wednesday, September 9, 2025 at 5:30pm in the classroom of the Superior Public Library, 1530 Tower Ave., Superior, WI. Committee Members Present: Julie Tersteeg, chair; Mary Johnson-Garay, Ellen Kreider, Nick Ledin, Acacia Nikoi 1. Committee Chair Julie Tersteeg called meeting to order at 5:37 2. Approval of minutes: Ellen Kreider moved to approve the minutes of Finance-Personnel Committee meeting of June 3, 2026, Sue Hendrickson seconded. Motion carried. 3. Library Utilities Usage, the city finance committee completed a cost review of the library’s utility costs. The library’s utilities costs have not increased in 15 years as more efficient usage has been put in place during remodeling. 4. 2027 Budget Process – Update 5.
