as Vice-Chair.
4. OLD BUSINESS
4.1. Update on Irrigation System.
Dan Walker indicated that the Irrigation System is nearing the completion of its
refinement process for the Request for Proposal (RFP) regarding technical
specifications and language. The specifications from EC Designs, along with the city-
generated RFP, are currently under review, with Eric Christensen tasked with updating
the language before it undergoes a final assessment by Kemper Sports and the city. The
objective is to release the RFP by July 15, aiming for a contract signing by late
September or early October, with project completion anticipated in 2027, and potential
preparatory work on the pump station in 2026, contingent on contractor mobilization.
The committee emphasized the necessity of including start and completion dates in the
RFP, along with provisions for liquidated damages in case of delays. To facilitate the
project and reduce disruptions, they are contemplating closing nine holes
simultaneously and are preparing to inform golf leagues and event coordinators about
the changes. Vince Juarez and Walker are strategizing on budgeting and merchandise
procurement for the construction year, while site visits with contractors will aid in

determining practical routing and scheduling. Site visits and bid evaluations will be
critical in assessing contractor qualifications and finalizing operational strategies.
5. RECURRING BUSINESS
5.1 Marketing Report
Christian Houle reported that a golf survey was distributed to all golfers earlier in the
season, with results anticipated by mid-July. The organization's Facebook following has
grown by 75 in a month, and year-to-date impressions have surged by 212%.
Additionally, Houle and Mary Kate Walsh completed a website audit that enhanced
SEO, AI optimization, FAQs, and mobile responsiveness, leading to a 17% increase in
website engagement for May.
River Valley Media's paid campaigns and digital display advertisements are yielding
positive results. The newsletter is being circulated, and collaborations with 95 KQDS,
Duluth FC, and local businesses are effectively promoting both golf and dining options.
Houle is preparing for the bridge project, focusing on signage and communication routes
to reach Minnesota customers, while also considering billboard placements with Lamar
to ensure visibility during construction. The team is exploring special offers to retain
Minnesota golfers during the bridge closure, although Walsh recommended against
three-year passes due to potential annual rate changes, advocating instead for targeted
specials and geofenced advertising.
Councilor Hering and Houle addressed challenges related to newsletter sign-up and
email delivery, discussing necessary website updates, database segmentation, and user
instructions to enhance accessibility. The goal is to ensure that important
communications effectively reach recipients, thereby improving overall engagement and
participation in the initiatives being promoted.
5.2 General Manager’s Report with Profit/Loss Statement –
Walker noted a revenue shortfall from January to April due to delayed openings,
although merchandise sales increased thanks to fitting days and an enhanced pro shop
layout. While food and beverage and driving range revenues lagged slightly,
operational expenses remained below budget. Despite rounds played being down by
1,057 through April and 963 through May compared to last year, the course was still
$32,000 ahead of budget, with May's revenue surpassing expectations.
Payroll exceeded budget due to the training of new staff and turnover, particularly
among cart attendants and bartenders, yet it remained close to budget for April and
May. Walker highlighted robust participation in junior golf programs, with 114
participants supported by Christian and Grady through online sign-ups. The upcoming
junior league and increased usage of the Par 3 course are part of ongoing marketing
efforts to promote it as a free resource for the community, aiming to attract new
customers and ensure long-term engagement.

5.3 Superintendent – Grounds/Maintenance Report –
Repairs and enhancements to the pop shop building are currently in progress, including
the relocation of water lines and the installation of a new sink prep area. Additionally,
concrete work at the entrances of the clubhouse and pro shop has been completed to
enhance both safety and visual appeal. The installation of black rubber matting on
bridges aims to facilitate smoother transportation for carts and equipment. Ongoing
efforts in tee box repairs, seeding, and tree removal are being prioritized, particularly in
areas that suffer from inadequate sunlight and airflow.
The grounds crew has successfully implemented broadleaf control spraying, resulting in
a significant reduction of dandelions and clover. They are also focused on aligning the
quality of the tee boxes and fairways with that of the greens, which have received
favorable feedback during recent events. Walker has sought assistance from the city for
major tree removal, given the limitations of the current crew and equipment. The aging
golf cart fleet necessitates ongoing repairs, prompting Walker to consider expediting the
acquisition of a new fleet to align with the completion of the irrigation system, thereby
ensuring operational efficiency for the 36-hole course.
5.4 Nemadji Women’s and Men’s Club – Concerns/Updates
Barb Hoag spoke for the Women’s Club:
• Women's club membership increased to 124, with 20 new members. Clinics and
guest days were well attended, and changes to the invitational format were made
to accommodate senior members and support the girls' golf team.

Proposal to Allow Winter Fat Tire Biking at
Nemadji
Golf
Course
Proposal to the Superior City Golf Course Committee A seasonal pilot program to activate an underutilized municipal asset, generate additional clubhouse revenue,
and
introduce
new
visitors
to
Nemadji
Golf
Course
while
protecting
the
course
through
strict
operational
guidelines.
Executive Summary
This proposal recommends opening designated areas of Nemadji Golf Course for winter fat tire biking when
weather
and
course
conditions
permit.
The
initiative
would
create
a
new
recreational
opportunity
during
the
golf
off-season
while
generating
additional
visitors
to
Nemadji
Golf
Course,
increasing
food
and
beverage
revenue,
promoting
healthy
outdoor
activity,
and
introducing
new
users
to
this
outstanding
City-owned
facility.
Winter fat biking has experienced rapid growth throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. While the Twin Ports
offers
excellent
technical
singletrack
riding,
there
are
few
beginner-friendly
locations
where
families,
new
riders,
and
casual
cyclists
can
comfortably
enjoy
the
sport.
Nemadji
Golf
Course
is
uniquely
positioned
to
fill
this
gap.
This program could be implemented with minimal infrastructure investment and limited impact on golf
operations.
Benefits to the City of Superior
1. Increased Winter Revenue
Opening the property to winter cyclists creates additional customer traffic during months when golf operations
are
limited.
Potential benefits include:
● Increased traffic and potential sales at the restaurant ● Opportunities for seasonal memberships or trail passes ● Potential equipment rental partnerships ● Increased visibility of Nemadji as a year-round destination
Rather than sitting largely unused during the winter months, portions of the property become an active
community
asset.
2. Promoting Healthy Outdoor Recreation
Winter recreation continues to grow throughout northern Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Providing safe access for fat tire biking:
● Encourages year-round physical activity ● Supports local wellness initiatives ● Gives residents another outdoor recreation option ● Provides a welcoming environment for beginners ● Offers another winter attraction for visitors
As a municipally owned facility, expanding recreational access aligns well with public health and community
engagement
goals.
3. Introducing New Users to Nemadji Golf Course
Many residents have never visited Nemadji Golf Course.
Winter access creates opportunities to introduce:
● Families ● Young adults ● Recreational cyclists ● Local schools
● College students ● Visitors from Duluth and surrounding communities
Many winter visitors may become future golfers, restaurant patrons, tournament participants, or event
attendees.
A Unique Opportunity in the Twin Ports
The Twin Ports region already offers outstanding winter fat biking on technical singletrack trails, including those
managed
by
the
Cyclists
of
Gitchee
Gumee
Shores
(COGGS)
around
Duluth.
These trails are excellent for experienced riders but can be intimidating for:
● beginners ● children ● casual riders
● families ● older adults ● riders seeking a relaxed experience
Nemadji Golf Course offers something fundamentally different.
Wide open fairways, gentle rolling terrain, scenic views, and natural navigation make it an ideal environment
for:
● learning to ride ● family outings ● group rides
● adaptive cycling ● social recreation ● winter fitness
Rather than competing with Duluth's trail system, Nemadji would complement it by serving an entirely different
audience.
Protecting the Golf Course
The long-term health of the golf course should remain the highest priority.
A successful program would include operational guidelines such as:
● No riding on putting greens ● No riding on tee boxes ● Designated winter routes utilizing cart paths only ● Seasonal closure during freeze-thaw conditions ● Suspension of riding during snowmelt or soft ground ● Clearly marked trail corridors ● User education regarding responsible riding
Fat bikes operate with very low tire pressure, distributing rider weight over a large surface area. When used on
frozen,
snow-covered
ground,
they
generally
create
minimal
impact
compared
to
many
other
winter
recreational
activities.
Trail Maintenance Considerations
Winter trail maintenance could be accomplished through several approaches:
● Existing golf maintenance equipment where appropriate ● Volunteer grooming partnerships ● Local cycling organizations assisting with trail packing ● Snowmobile drag grooming if desired ● Clearly defined riding corridors to simplify maintenance
Volunteer participation has proven successful at numerous winter fat bike destinations throughout Minnesota
and
Wisconsin.
Potential Special Events
Nemadji Golf Course could become a recognizable winter recreation venue by hosting events such as:
Family Fat Bike Day/Ice Festival activities
A free community event featuring:
● beginner instruction ● demo bikes
● food specials ● youth activities
Winter Ride Series
Monthly non-competitive group rides encouraging community participation.
Glow Ride
Evening rides using bike lights and festive decorations, followed by food and beverages in the clubhouse.
Fat Bike Demo Days
Partner with local bicycle shops and manufacturers to offer equipment demonstrations and clinics.
Winter Duathlon
A fun event combining fat biking with snowshoeing or winter hiking.
Marketing Opportunities
The City could promote Nemadji as:
● A winter recreation destination ● A family-friendly cycling venue ● A four-season municipal facility ● A gateway into fat biking ● A unique tourism attraction in the Twin Ports
This distinction would help differentiate Nemadji from other regional golf courses.
Proposed Pilot Program
A one-winter pilot program would allow the committee to evaluate:
● Number of visitors ● Restaurant sales ● Community feedback ● Maintenance requirements ● Course impacts ● Operational challenges
The program could be modified or discontinued if unforeseen issues arise.
Conclusion
Opening designated portions of Nemadji Golf Course for winter fat tire biking represents an opportunity to
maximize
the
value
of
a
City-owned
asset
during
the
off-season.
The initiative has the potential to:
● Increase winter restaurant revenue ● Promote healthy lifestyles
● Expand recreational opportunities ● Introduce new visitors to Nemadji Golf Course ● Attract tourism ● Strengthen community engagement ● Showcase Superior as an innovative leader in year-round outdoor recreation
With thoughtful planning, clear operating guidelines, and a limited pilot program, Nemadji Golf Course could
become
one
of
the
most
unique

in
the

Additional Regional Examples
Several other public golf facilities throughout the Upper Midwest convert portions of their properties into winter
recreation
areas,
most
commonly
for
Nordic
skiing
and,
increasingly,
fat
biking.
These
examples
reinforce
that
golf
courses
can
become
valuable
year-round
community
assets
rather
than
remaining
largely
dormant
throughout
the
winter
months.
What These Examples Demonstrate
These successful programs share several common characteristics:
● Winter access is limited to periods when the ground is fully frozen and snow-covered. ● Greens, tee boxes, and other sensitive areas are protected or excluded from use. ● Clearly marked routes minimize impacts on the golf course.
● Volunteer organizations frequently assist with grooming and trail maintenance, reducing operating
costs.
● Clubhouses remain active as warming shelters and food-and-beverage destinations, creating additional
off-season
revenue.
● Winter recreation introduces thousands of new visitors to golf properties who may later return as
golfers,
diners,
or
event
participants.
Nemadji Golf Course has the opportunity to build on these proven models while creating a distinctive identity in
the
Twin
Ports

January - June 2026 Financial Overview
Through June, total revenue reached $1.07 million, finishing just 1.5% below budget while exceeding prior-year revenue
by 1.3%. Although total rounds were slightly below budget and last year, ADR continued to strengthen, with paid-round
ADR increasing to $61, up from $56 in 2025, reflecting improved pricing performance.
Year to date revenue has increased, even with a later spring and delayed start day. June revenue was higher YTD on
all fronts.
An increase in outings booked for June was a key revenue driver. This accounted for Greens Fees, Food and Beverage,
and Range all being above budget.
Overall ADR is up, specifically with paid rounds only. Effective on course F&B and overall touches to each customer has
contributed to this increase.
Extreme heat and dry conditions increase operational spending, but reduces rainout days. We continue to see
increased business in early morning and evening, but decreased during the hottest parts of the day. Offering
additional amenities during these days has given us a competitive advantage.
We continue to add new, higher profit events and drop smaller, less profitable events each year. This year we added 3
new events and expanded another 2 events to 36 holes vs. 18 last year. By adding addtional customers within the
same timeframe, we are maximizing revenue.
Booking pace for the rest of the year is increasing with limited availablilty for events in prime season. We are currently
booking into October for any inquiring events for this year.
Sales pipeline health is good overall. Pending proposals for the fall are difficult to close due to uncertain weather
trends.
Adding value by offering prime times during the day and alternative dates if there is inclimate weather.

TrueReview
Overall rating changes were positive
for promoters.
Customer service is constantly the
top metric. Better course conditions
this year have helped increase
overall NPS +9.2.
Inconsistent F&B have contributed to
past detractors and that is remedied
by having a more consistent
operation this year. Overgrown areas
on the courses are better maintained
and contribute to higher scores as
well.
GM Dan Walker has implemented a
consistency to guest experience that
has increased scores and guest
experience, specifically in F&B and
the Golf Shop. Superintendent Brian
Wallin has put together a
hardworking crew that works
proactively vs reactively this year.
TrueInsight
Overall online scoring has remained
high, with a reputation score of 4.4.
Review volume remains consistent
but not ideal on Google. Overall
trend is very positive.
People are generally happy with the
overall experience and pleased with
the course conditions. Some guests
are surprised with how busy it is.
Online reputation is above industry
average and well above direct
competitors.

Re: June 2026 Client Report
Overview: June was a decent month, weather wise. We did have five days that the rain affected
play and caused some leagues to cancel. Total Revenue for the month was still strong coming in
$2,747.00 over budget and $26,362 over last year. Merchandise COGS were slightly higher than
budget due to timing of invoices. F&B COGS were slightly over budget as well. Payroll was over
budget for the month by 12.3% and is 4.4% over budget for the year. OPEX was over budget by 51%
for the month due to timing of invoices but is in line with budget YTD. Rounds of golf were decent for
the month coming in at 111 rounds under budget. We are now behind last year by 1,054 rounds
mainly due to a poor April and some wet days in June. June was a tough month for payroll and
expenses putting us behind budget by $55,082 for EBITDA and $40,085 for NOI.

Key Performance Highlights:
• Course and Grounds
o We hosted the College of St. Scholastica Athletics fundraiser on June 6th.
o We hosted a Graduation Party on June 7th.
o Old Dutch Foods had their outing on June 10th.
o We hosted our Women’s Member Guest on Tuesday, June 16th.
o Wednesday, June 17th was the DEC golf event.
o We had our Men’s Invitational on June 20th & 21st. Numbers were down slightly from last
year.
o Boarder States had their golf event on Wednesday, June 24th.
o We hosted the Arnovich fundraiser on Saturday, June 27th.
o Greens fee revenue was only $597 under budget for the month and was $10,649 over
last year.
o Payroll was slightly over budget for the month by 22% and is 9% over budget YTD. This is
due to adding four additional staff to improve course conditions and work on extra
projects such as edging bunkers, spraying broadleaf, cart path/bridge repair work and
landscaping.
o OPEX for C&G was 67% over budget for the month but sits at 9% under budget YTD. The
overage for the month was due to timing of invoices and spending more on
landscaping than budgeted.
• Carts
o Cart revenue came in 2% under budget for the month and is only 4% under budget
YTD.
o The shortage is from a poor April and five bad weather days for the month.
o Payroll came in 3% under budget for the month and is 16% under budget YTD.
o OPEX was 13% over budget for the month due to more cart repairs on an old fleet and
is 2% over budget YTD.
o We have had numerous carts that need repairs. EZ-GO was on property replacing heat
sensors in our newer carts and fixing electrical issues on our 8 year old carts.
• Range
o Driving Range Revenue was 2% under budget for the month and is 3% under budget
YTD.
o Again the shortage YTD is from a poor April and five weather days in June.
o OPEX was 3% under budget for the month and is 66% under budget YTD.
• F&B
o Total F&B revenue was strong for the month coming in at 3% over budget and are up
2% YTD over last year.
o Food revenue was decent for the month coming in 10% under budget for the month
and is 6% under budget YTD. It is up 3% over last year.
o Again the small shortages YTD are due to a poor month of April weather and MTD due
to five weather days in June.
o Non alcoholic beverage sales had a good month coming in at 53% over budget and
are now 12% over budget YTD.
o Beer sales were strong coming in at 5% over budget for the month and are now inline
with budget YTD.
o Liquor sales were strong coming in at 5% over budget and are only 7% under budget
YTD.
o MTD COGS were slightly over budget and are inline with budget YTD.
o OPEX for the month was over budget by 12% and is 19% under budget YTD.
o Payroll was 7% over budget for the month and is 2% over budget YTD.
o Payroll is up due to some turnover of beverage cart staff. We lost five F&B staff and
have been having to train new staff.
• Golf Shop
o Golf Merchandise sales were strong again, coming in 6% over budget for the month
and are 15% over budget YTD. We are also 16% ahead of last year YTD.
o Grady Hauswirth and Travis Miller have done an excellent job with custom fittings along
with the new look and feel of the Pro Shop with our new fixtures.
o COGS were over budget for the month and are slightly higher than budget YTD. This
was mainly due to timing of invoices that got screwed up from our BILL.com bill
processing software.
o Payroll was over budget by 21% for the month and sits at 11% over budget for the year.
This is due to losing an Assistant manager and having to hire and train a new one. We
also incurred some heavy overtime in June due to not having a manager to open and
close our building.
o OPEX were over budget by 34% for the month and are 14% over budget YTD.
• G&A
o Payroll is in line to budget both MTD & YTD.
o OPEX was 45% over budget for the month and sits at 15% over budget YTD. This is
mainly due to the increase in credit card processing fees and equipment rental that we
pre-paid for some August events that we need to rent a tent, tables and chairs for.
o We are currently reviewing our credit card processing and are looking to consolidate to
one vendor. We are having issues with TSYS (Cayan), our current processor, not
allowing us to make changes to our accounts due to login information that was set up
in 2019 by a City staff member that is no longer with the city. We hope to have more
answers soon.
• Marketing
o Payroll is slightly over budget for the month and YTD.
o OPEX was 21% under budget for the month and is 4% under budget YTD.
o Our sign on 58th street was replaced that was damaged.
o Christian Houle has scheduled us with a vendor to do some updated drone footage
and add to our photo library that will happen in mid July.

KemperSports Upcoming Key Initiatives
• Green to a Tee

• Golf Course Maintenance Highlights:
o Installed rubber matting on bridges on holes #5 North, #13 South, #18 South and #5
East. This allows for a much smoother ride and provides a temporary inexpensive fix for
our bridges.
o Continued applying broadleaf control for dandelions and clover around our tee sign
areas and rough areas.
o Began summer application of wetting agents, plant growth regulators and fungicides to
promote proper growth and protection of the turf.
o Prepped golf course for the Nemadji Men’s Invitational where we double cut and rolled
our greens. Reviews were excellent as our greens were fast and firm.
o Continued to work on struggling turf areas, topdressing, seeding and fertilizing to
kickstart new growth. This was mainly done on fairways #15-#18 South and a handful of
tee boxes.
o Continuous work on the old irrigation controls issues. We have six control boxes that will
not send out the daily watering program where we have to key on all of the heads to
get water on six of our holes. This causes more work and man hours.
o Continued work with Dan Walker, KemperSports and the City of Superior getting our RFP
documents for the new irrigation system ready to post in July.
o Golf Course conditions update
▪ Greens – spraying wet agents and PGR’s. Greens are in great shape.
▪ Tees – starting to germinate and recover – some areas that were verticut during
dry fall are still facing a little extra time in their recovery battle.
▪ Fairways – Issues with some of our irrigation control boxes and cool overnight
temperatures have slowed down recovery times on stressed out verticut fairways
from last fall, South fairways 15-18 currently showing the worst of it.
▪ Recent rainfall along with topdressing and seeding regimen have started to
green up the whole course and begin to germinate in trouble areas.
• Client and Team Member Relations Update:
o We hosted the City Golf Committee meeting on June 25th.
o We continued to revise the Irrigation Project RFP and are on schedule to have it finalized
and posted in July.
o All managers (GM, Sales & Marketing, Golf Shop, Superintendent & F&B) were involved with
two staff meetings discussing the staffing and operations now that the golf season has
started.
o Weekly GM conference call with Vince Juarez, ROE and the KemperSports Midwest GM
Team where we discuss current operational updates within KemperSports.
o Monthly revenue call with Senior Regional Sales & Marketing Director Mary Kate Walsh,
Vince Juarez (ROE), Dan Walker, GM, and Christian Houle, Sales & Marketing. In these calls
we review financials, outing booking pace reporting, current and future sales promotions,
all marketing strategies, upcoming KemperSports marketing and player development
initiatives and various other topics as needed.
• Capital Plan Update:
o Work started on the updates to the Pop Shop. Work is being done on the plumbing,
counter tops, cabinets and walls to get it ready to open as a secondary pro shop and F&B
location.
• Monthly Financial Income Statement
o Attached is June’s summary income statement which breaks down the categories
including revenues, payroll, and operating expenses. Please let us know if you have any

Instagram shows whether your content is reaching the right people and motivating them to engage
and follow. Look for growth in reach and new followers while maintaining a healthy engagement rate,
which signals relevance.
No year-over-year follower comparison. Instagram only keeps about 30 days of account-level
history, so there isn’t enough data to compare this to last year.

Re: July 2026 Client Report
Overview: July was a hot and dry month. We had one rain event that produced 1.3” of rain in a 35-
minute event. Other than that, we had no substantial rain all month. We also lost a few days to
wildfire smoke that hurt our rounds of golf. Total revenue for the month ended up slightly behind
budget (2%) but was up 5.4% over last year. Merchandise COGS were in line with budget for the
month. F&B COGS were under budget by 6%. Payroll was over budget for the month by 7% and is
8.6% over budget for the year. This is mainly due to C&G payroll going up and having to work more
hours to irrigate our course overnight. We must manually key on over 210 heads that takes a lot of
time and man hours to complete. OPEX was over budget by 16% for the month due to the increase
in credit card processing fees and is 3% over budget YTD. Rounds of golf were decent for the month
up 174 rounds over last year but YTD rounds are still behind last year by 880 rounds.

o The rest of the golf course has dried out considerably and needs assistance from
mother nature.
o Continued applying broadleaf control for dandelions and clover around our tee sign
areas and rough areas.
o Continued summer application of wetting agents and fungicides to promote proper
growth and protection of the turf.
o Worked on clearing out brush on the edges of our cart paths that was impeding on our
cart traffic.
o Started prepping the area of #9 East Black tee box that was dug up from Enbridge
pipeline work during an integrity dig.
o Prepped golf course for the Nemadji Women’s Invitational where we double cut and
rolled our greens. Reviews were excellent as our greens were fast and firm.
o Continued to work on struggling turf areas, topdressing, seeding and fertilizing to
kickstart new growth. This was mainly done on fairways #15-#18 South and a handful of
tee boxes.
o Continued work with Dan Walker, KemperSports and the City of Superior getting our RFP
documents posted for the new irrigation system.
o Golf Course conditions update
▪ Greens – spraying wet agents – Greens are in great shape.
▪ Tees – starting to dry out with the lack of rain.
▪ Fairways – Issues with some of our irrigation control boxes and extremely dry
conditions have caused our fairways to brown out in spots.
▪ Rough – Our rough is very dry and has little growth due to the dry conditions.
• Client and Team Member Relations Update:
o We will host the next City Golf Committee meeting on Thursday, August 27th.
o Continuous work with the City of Superior to get the RFP posted for the new irrigation
system.
o All managers (GM, Sales & Marketing, Golf Shop, Superintendent and F&B) were involved
with two staff meetings discussing the staffing and operations now that the golf season has
started.
o Weekly GM conference call with Vince Juarez, ROE, and the KemperSports Midwest GM
Team where we discuss current operational updates within KemperSports.
o Monthly revenue call with Senior Regional Sales & Marketing Director Mary Kate Walsh,
Vince Juarez, ROE, Dan Walker, GM, and Christian Houle, Sales & Marketing Manager. In
these calls we review financials, outing booking pace reporting, current and future sales
promotions, all marketing strategies, upcoming KemperSports marketing and player
development initiatives and various other topics as needed.
• Capital Plan Update:
o Work was completed on the Pop Shop building for the main construction aspect. We now
need to work on getting the right IT service to the building along with surveillance
coverage.
o Work began on the asphalt capital project for the expanded cart staging area near the
Pop Shop and behind the kitchen.
• Monthly Financial Income Statement
o Attached is July’s summary income statement which breaks down the categories including
revenues, payroll, and operating expenses. Please let us know if you have any questions.

USERS BY LOCATION
GA4 tracks users’ location based on their IP address and assigns them to a country, region, or city.
Location data is approximate, not exact, and can be skewed by VPNs, shared networks, or privacy
settings. It’s useful for trend insights, but not for precise targeting.
