COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ADVISORY BOARD -7/30/26 Meeting Page 1 of 2 Community Development Block Grant Advisory Board Minutes July 30, 2026 Meeting The meeting was called to order by Community Development Manager Krista Anderson at 2:04 p.m on July 30, 2026, in Government Center Room 204. 1 ROLL CALL PRESENT: John McCormick, Sunshine Lemieux, Martina Tendrup, Nick Nelson ABSENT: Mike Herrick CITY STAFF PRESENT: Krista Anderson OTHERS PRESENT: 2 APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2.1 CDBG Advisory Board Minutes (Meeting held July 23, 2026) MOTION by Tendrup, seconded by McCormick, and carried, to approve the minutes from the July 23, 2026, CDBG Advisory Board Meeting. 3 NEW BUSINESS 3.1 CDBG Public Service Allocations MOTION by McCormick, seconded by Nelson, and carried to go into closed session. MOTION by Tendrup, seconded by Lemieux, and carried, to reconvene in open session. MOTION by McCormick, seconded by Tendrup, and carried, to approve the 2027 CDBG public service allocations as read aloud and attached. 3.2 Approve holding the closed session directly after the interview session beginning in 2027. MOTION by Tendrup, seconded by Lemieux, and carried, to approve holding the closed session meeting directly after the interview session beginning in 2027. MOTION by Nelson to adjourn the meeting.
