CIT COMMITTEE MINUTES JULY 13, 2026 Regular Meeting The meeting was called to order by Chair Elm at 5:01 pm on January 13, 2026 in Government Center Room 270. CIT Committee (Meeting held January 15, 2026) MOTION MADE BY DAVE DUSEK, SECONDED BY DAN LINDBERG AND CARRIED TO APPROVE THE JANUARY 15, 2026 CIT COMMITTEE MINUTES. 3. NEW BUSINESS 3.1 ConnectSuperior Update. ---Restoring for Phase 2 starting this week. ---ConnectSuperior Staff have been involved in community engagement at the Library, July 4th Celebration and will do Bayside Sounds. ---Talked about a two-part build in 2027 and 2028. ---Would pass almost 9,000 homes after 2028. 3.2 REVIEW AND RECCOMMENT TO COUNCIL: WIN, LLC MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT AMENDMENT FOR NETWORK OPERATIONS SERVICES ---Right sizes us for hours and licensing. ---Extended contract from 24 to 48 months. MOTION MADE BY DAVE DUSEK , SECONDED BY DAN LINDBERG AND CARRIED TO APPROVE WIN, LLC MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT AMENDMENT FOR NETWORK OPERATIONS SERVICES 3.3 REVIEW AND RECOMMEND TO COUNCIL: MOU WITH DULUTHIAN NETWORKS FOR FREE PUBLIC WI-FI ---Wi-Fi will only be available during Park Hours. ---City handles the pipe, ISP in charge of end-users at City-owned properties. ---Amendment: Branding for all connection pages and connection points will be shared and agreed upon by both parties.
