Second by Radke. Minutes filed. 3 NEW BUSINESS 3.1 Recommendation to Approve On -Location Content Capture Allowance MOTION by Chair Graskey, Second by Vice-Chair Ledin. Discussion held. An amended MOTION by Slay to approve an On-Location Content Capture Allowance not to exceed $200 per month. Second by Vice- Chair Ledin. Motion passes. 3.2 Review and Approve 2026 Sponsorship Form Discussion held. MOTION by Chair Graskey to approve the 2026 Sponsorship form. The form will go live after Osborne completes edits given by the commission. Second by Vice-Chair Ledin. Motion passes. 3.3 Discuss and Approve Superior/South Shore Winter Guide Cover Presence Sponsorship in the amount of $ 2,000 Discussion held. Motion by Chair Graskey to approve the sponsorship in the amount of $2,000. Second by Vice-Chair Ledin.
