MOTION to nominate Akela Lloyd as Vice President by Maria Cuzzo, second by Tom Johnson, and carried. MOTION to nominate Ed Anderson as Press Spokesperson by Maria Cuzzo, second by Tom Johnson, and carried. 5 APPROVAL OF MINUTES 5.1 Police and Fire Commission (Meeting held 04/08 /202 6 ) Minutes from the meeting on 04/08/2026 state the meeting ended at 4:23 PM but it should state the meeting ended at 5:23 PM, will amend the minutes to reflect this change. MOTION to approve the correction to the minutes by Maria Cuzzo , second by Ed Anderson , and carried. 6 POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT UPDATES 7 NEW BUSINESS 7.1 Letter from Chief Winterscheidt – Completion of Probation - Pfister 7.2 Letter from Chief Winterscheidt – Completion of Probation – Snyder 7.3 Letter from Chief Vollbrecht – Completion of Probation - Kolquist 7.4 Letter from Chief Vollbrecht – Command Staff Changes MOTION to bundle and approve items 7.1 through 7.4 by Maria Cuzzo, second by Tom Johnson, and carried.
