Estimate June 23, 2026 To: Gotta Be Superior From: Swim Creative Mary Osborne Patrice Bradley 1316 N 14th Street 310 East Superior Street, #130 Superior, WI 54880 Duluth, MN 55802 Seasonal Hero Video Project Description: This project includes the planning, capture, and production of seasonal aerial video footage showcasing the natural beauty, outdoor recreation, waterfront assets, and community destinations throughout Superior, Wisconsin. Footage will be captured during both summer and winter seasons to create a collection of high-quality visual assets for the Gotta Be Superior website. Deliverables include seasonal homepage hero videos and five short-form videos per season featuring individual locations, attractions, or experiences. These assets will support website content, social media storytelling, and may also be incorporated into future advertising and promotional efforts. Summer filming will include two (2) drone production days, while winter filming will include one (1) drone production day. Anticipated filming locations may include Wisconsin Point, Municipal Forest, Barker's Island, St. Louis Bay, harbor and waterfront areas, Mont du Lac, South End neighborhoods, and other notable Superior destinations. The project will result in the creation of two seasonal website hero videos, as well as a collection of short-form social media videos designed to extend the value of the footage across multiple marketing channels. Deliverables ● One (1) 60-second Summer Hero Video for website use ● One (1) 60-second Winter Hero Video for website use ● Five to Eight (5–8) Summer Social Videos (10–15 seconds each) ● Five to Eight (5–8) Winter Social Videos (10–15 seconds each) ● Professional editing, color correction, music integration, and final exports ● Website hero video implementation and updates Creative Reference The seasonal website hero videos will be developed with a similar user experience and visual storytelling approach as the Visit Sitka website: https://visitsitka.org This reference is intended to illustrate the style, pacing, and immersive use of destination footage. Final creative direction, locations, and content will be customized to reflect Superior's unique character, landscapes, recreation opportunities, and community assets. a: 310 E Superior St, #130 p: 218.722.1404 Duluth, MN 55803 w: SwimCreative.com Project Assumptions ● Summer production includes two (2) drone filming days (one director, one operator) ● Winter production includes one (1) drone filming day (one director, one operator) ● This estimate assumes aerial footage capture only (drone) ● Website updates include implementation of the seasonal hero video on the homepage and shorter, single focused videos strategically placed throughout GBS.com Current remaining contingency for the year 2026: $7,253.38 NOTE: We are approved, but not required, to send one subscriber email per month for the rest of the year. If we choose to send all 6 remaining emails (6 × $525 = $3,150), the contingency available for this video work would be $4,103.38 . If we send fewer emails, more contingency remains. Because the emails are optional, any emails skipped would increase the contingency available for this video work, dollar for dollar ($525 each). We recommend that we create subscriber emails in the autumn (fall colors), holiday shopping and winter activities such as night skiing. For the year 2027 our contingency budget will be $40,558.00. Optional: If the Commission would like to feature identifiable participants or activity-based content such as ATV riders, snowmobilers, hikers, bikers, swimmers, families, or other recreational users, additional coordination, talent sourcing, scheduling, releases, and production costs will apply. A separate estimate will be presented. (see example: https://visitsitka.org) Cost Breakdown *Please, mark the selected option. Description: This estimate includes the annual software subscription and agency services required to implement, organize, and launch a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform for Superior tourism’s growing library of photo and video assets. A DAM is a centralized, cloud-based system that stores, organizes, tags, and retrieves digital media, functioning as a structured, searchable library for managing, accessing, and sharing brand-approved visual content. As Superior tourism’s photo and video library continues to grow, a dedicated DAM helps ensure assets are securely stored, consistently organized, and easy to search and access by approved staff, partners, and vendors. This proposal includes a SnapPea Standard (1TB Storage) DAM-only subscription at $6,670 per year, which includes access to the DAM platform, Media Centre, and Galleries. These tools support centralized storage, keyword and metadata tagging, controlled user access, and efficient retrieval of approved assets. In addition to the software subscription, our team will complete a one-time Year 1 setup and organization process that includes auditing approximately four years of existing photo and video archives, identifying and curating the strongest and most useful assets, uploading selected content into the platform, applying consistent file naming conventions and metadata tagging, and building a clear folder and library structure. We will also review and organize available usage rights information associated with existing assets, establish governance standards and workflows for how content is added and maintained over time, and provide up to two (2) hours of training for key staff so the system can be used confidently and consistently from launch. The result will be a structured, searchable, and ready-to-use media library that supports current marketing and tourism efforts while also improving long-term continuity, access, and usability across teams. The SnapPea account will be owned by the City of Superior for tourism use, and all assets uploaded to the platform will remain under your organization’s control and accessible to authorized users at all times. User Generated Content (UGC) functionality is not included in the SnapPea Standard tier reflected in this estimate, but additional features can be added in the future if the program needs to expand. https://www.snapsea.io/ a: 310 E Superior St, #130 p: 218.722.1404 Duluth, MN 55803 w: SwimCreative.com Subscription Cost Breakdown Services Description Cost Digital Asset Manager Annual subscription to SnapPea’s Standard DAM-Only platform (1TB Storage), including platform access, hosting, and system administration for centralized storage, organization, and retrieval of Superior tourism’s photo and video assets. $6,670/year Total $6,670/year Agency Services Cost Breakdown Services Description Cost Setup and Organization One-time Year 1 audit, curation, organization, and upload of Superior tourism’s photo and video assets into the SnapPea DAM, including review of approximately four years of archives, selection and organization of the strongest assets, file naming and metadata standardization, available rights/usage organization, folder structure development, workflow setup, and up to two (2) hours of staff training to create a searchable, ready-to-use media library. Additional training available if needed - billed at an hourly rate. This initial effort reflects the one-time process of auditing and retroactively organizing existing assets for DAM implementation. Ongoing asset management—including uploading, tagging, and organizing new photography and video—will be incorporated into future photography and content production budgets on an annual basis.
