ROLL CALL Present – Butch Liebaert, Howard Hendrickson, Bill Fennessey. Absent – Amy Ribaudo. Other – Dave Sletten, Shonn Devroy, Erick Hudson, Mark Liebaert, Lindsey Conley (Committee Clerk). 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by B. Liebaert second Hendrickson, to approve minutes from August 27, 2025. Motion carried. 3. INFORMATIONAL ITEMS a. 2025 Detailed Spending Report: Distributed at meeting. Requests for funding have been more frequent and higher amounts. Funding had been previously capped at $800, requests have been granted for amounts over cap for mortgage, utilities, and rent assistance. b. 2026 Budget and Outreach Plans: Distributed at meeting. Fund currently operating under budget. First full year of full outreach since COVID. Funding from Douglas County has increased to $3,000, from $1,000. Applying for a grant through Cenovus for $5,000, as was done previously in 2025. Potential for additional donors and outreach including fundraisers and events. c. 2026 Meeting Schedule: Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. 4. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Committee Membership 5.
