All present stood and recited the Pledge of Alliance. Mayor Bender asked for affirmation of proper public notice to which City Administrator Isaacs confirmed the meeting did receive proper public notice.Roll call was taken with Alderpersons Julie Erickson, Leanne Beyer, Tom Hotek, Pat Moen, Elizabeth Parish, and Randy Seeley present. Mark Lankey and Darrow Novy were absent. Others attending were City Administrator Cory Isaacs and Nicolette Nauman from the Hillsboro Sentry Enterprise. There was no registered public comment.Motion by Seeley, seconded by Hotek to approve American Legion Post 223’s Temporary Alcohol Beverage License. Motion carried by voice vote. Motion by Beyer, seconded by Erickson to approve the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce’s Temporary Alcohol Beverage License. Motion carried by voice vote. Motion by Parish, seconded by Moen to approve Operator’s License #49-2026. Motion carried by voice vote. Motion to adjourn at 7:08 PM by Hotek, seconded by Beyer. Motion carried by voice vote. Meeting adjourned at 7:08 PM.
