LaborDayCelebrationandparade.September5,2024,ChiefClarkandSargeant
KucinskyassistedinaPresidentialdetailinWestby.
ChiefClarkbroughtupdiscussiononaproposedtakehomesquadusedistanceofS
milesfromthejurisdictionalboundary.
TheCommitteediscussedthepossibilityofremovaloftheATV/UTVcurfewthat
wascurrentlysetbyordinance.TheCommitteeagreedtotheremovalofthe
verbiageandaskedforanamendmenttotheOrdinance.
AdministratorFinchprovidedanupdateregardingtheresignationoftheMunicipal
Prosecutorinmid-August.AdministratorFinchwilllookintopossibleoptionssuch
asanRFPforanewProsecutororrejoiningHiddenValleysMunicipalCourt.
