Town Special Meeting — Minutes

In Attendance: Tom Stuessel, Alan McCoy, Matt Swenson, Cassie Schober, Kevin Schober, Josh Konze, Michael Ketelsen Chairman Stuessel called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Then read the agenda. Chairman Stuessel asked the patrolman to present the quotes for quad saws for loader that was received. Two bids were received. 1st bid from Swiderski- The quote was for a saw smaller than requested. 2nd bid from St. Joseph Equipment/Degenhardt- price is $21,800 Discussion incurred. Alan McCoy made a motion to purchase the quad saw from St. Joseph Equipment. Second by Matt Swenson. All in favor. 3/3 Motion carried. Discussion then incurred on the trailer owned by the town. Decision made to get sealed bids. Matt Swenson made a motion to adjourn the special meeting. Second by Alan McCoy. Motion carried. Cassie Schober Town of Little Falls Clerk __________________
