Town of Little Falls Special Town Meeting- 2022 Budget Amendment December 26, 2022 Board members in attendance: Ginnie Follendorf, Treasurer; Tom Stuessel, Supervisor; Alan McCoy, Supervisor; Bryan Olsen, Chair; Cassie Schober, Clerk; Chairman Olsen called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. Then read the agenda. 2022 Expense and Income Budgets were handed out reflecting all totals to date. Clerk gave a detailed description of all line items. Clerk noted there was a surplus in the Assessor Additional Expense line that will be needed for revaluation. Clerk requested this be in a Assessor Add Expense carryover line for 2023. Clerk also noted there is a $50,009 Budget Surplus. Discussion incurred for possibilities for this surplus money. It is determined in the discussion the surplus money will be used as 2023 Carryover in the Road Maintenance account. Budget Amendment Resolution 2022-2 was read by clerk Tom Stuessel made a motion to accept the Budget Amendment Resolution 2022-2 as read. Second by Alan McCoy. Motion carried on 3-0 vote.
