The following board members and staff were in attendance: Chairman-Ryan Selbrede, Supervisor II-Nate Abbott, Clerk-Carrie Nilssen, Patrolman-Bruce Peterson. Additional attendees: none April 8, 2026 Meeting Minutes a. Supervisor II – Nate Abbott made a motion to approve the April 8, 2026, meeting minutes as presented, seconded by Chairman – Ryan Selbrede. All Ayes, motion to approve passed. Public Comment b. None 2025 Annual Financial Report c. The Wisconsin form CT was filed with the state on 03/25/26. Clerk – Carrie Nilssen presented the Board with the 2025 actual vs. budget report. Patrolman – Bruce Peterson made a motion to approve the Annual Financial Report as presented, seconded by Supervisor II – Nate Abbott. All Ayes, motion to approve passed. ATV/UTV Ordinance Review d. The Road Use/Motor Vehicle Control Ordinance was reviewed and discussed. Supervisor II – Nate Abbott made a motion to continue with the current ordinance, seconded by Patrolman – Bruce Peterson. All Ayes, motion to approve passed. Fee Schedule e. The Fee Schedule was reviewed and discussed in its entirety by the attendees. Patrolman – Bruce Peterson made a motion to approve the agreed upon fees, seconded by Supervisor II – Nate Abbott. All Ayes, motion to approve passed. Board Salary Schedule f. The Town Board Salaries were discussed after reviewing comparable data from the WTA and surrounding townships. Patrolman – Bruce Peterson made a motion to approve the agreed upon salaries, seconded by Supervisor II – Nate Abbott. All Ayes, motion to approve passed. Road Projects for 2026 g. All roads that will be seal coated this year were reviewed. After the review, James and Idyllic were added. h. The section of Kale Road has been pulverized. i. Crackfilling has been completed. j. The culvert for Labrador is in. The culvert for Kansas Ave. was discussed. k. Plow blades were discussed. l. Equipment maintenance was discussed. Fall Large Item Dropoff m. There will not be a fall large item dropoff in October. Garbage/Recycling Policies n. The garbage/recycling policy was reviewed and discussed. Salt/Sand Report o. The Town used approximately 100 ton more salt/sand than last year due to the increased amount of snowfall that was received. In addition, we have more inventory going into this upcoming winter season. 2027 Annual Meeting Date p. Supervisor II – Nate Abbott made a motion to set the 2027 Annual Meeting as April 20, 2027, seconded by Patrolman – Bruce Peterson. All Ayes, motion to approve passed. Adjourn q. Supervisor II – Nate Abbott made a motion to adjourn the Annual Meeting at 7:04 p.m., seconded by Patrolman – Bruce Peterson. All Ayes, motion to approve passed.
