The following board members and staff were in attendance: Chairman-Ryan Selbrede, Supervisor II-Nate Abbott, Supervisor I -Jim Olson, Treasurer -Bonnie Hehn, Clerk - Carrie Nilssen, Patrolman-Bruce Peterson. June 11, 2025 Meeting Minutes a. Supervisor II – Abbott made a motion to approve the June 11, 2025 minutes, seconded by Supervisor I – Olson. All Ayes, motion to approve passed. Public Comment b. The new landowner on the old Whitehead property is making a large human slurry pit. Discussion was held on how this construction is regulated. Further discussion was held on the Municipal Ordinance variations between Monroe County and LaCrosse County. Treasurer’s Report a. Treasurer - Hehn presented the Financial Report for June 2025. Checking account ending balance $9,825.44. Money Market ending balance $149,271.10. Supervisor II - Abbott made a motion to approve the Financial Report as presented, seconded by Supervisor I – Olson. All Ayes, motion to approve passed. Further Discussion was held on a new software package being made available for tax collection purposes. Patrolman’s Report b. Mowing of the road right of ways is complete. c. Seal coating has been done on Lace behind the Church. d. The ditch on Kansas Ave. will be cleared. e. Widening the corner on Jacquar was discussed. Clerk’s Report f. Clerk – Nilssen presented the AR and AP Transaction List for June 2025. Supervisor II – Abbott made a motion to approve the Transaction List for June 2025 as presented, seconded by Supervisor I – Olson. All Ayes, motion to approve passed. g. Clerk – Nilssen presented the 2025 Budget vs Actual Report ending June 30, 2025. Other Business h. Kris Shepherd was given 30 days to install a hard surface over his driveway to prevent tracking onto the road. i. Two driveway permits were approved. j. Patrolman Peterson will be on FMLA leave beginning July 23, 2025. Adjourn k. Supervisor II – Abbott made a motion to Adjourn the meeting at 7:20pm, seconded by Supervisor I – Olson.
