The following board members and staff were in attendance: Chairman-Ryan Selbrede, Supervisor II-Nate Abbott, Supervisor I -Jim Olson, Treasurer -Bonnie Hehn, Clerk - Carrie Nilssen, Patrolman-Bruce Peterson. Public Comment None Treasurer’s Report a. Treasurer - Hehn presented the Financial Report for May 2025. Checking account ending balance $34,083.29. Money Market ending balance $174,001.51. Supervisor II - Abbott made a motion to approve the Financial Report as presented, seconded by Supervisor I – Olson. All Ayes, motion to approve passed. Patrolman’s Report b. Got a start on mowing the road right of ways. c. Seal coating will start once the rain ends. d. Rip rap was done on Kate by the culvert. The rock came out of the quarry. e. The cement culverts are out near Collin Cox’s property. f. Crack Filling was done two weeks ago. Didn’t make it all the way across the ridge. g. Tractor had a service call. Clerk’s Report h. Clerk – Nilssen presented the AR and AP Transaction List for May 2025. Supervisor II – Abbott made a motion to approve the Transaction List for May 2025 as presented, seconded by Supervisor I – Olson. All Ayes, motion to approve passed. i. Clerk – Nilssen presented the 2025 Budget vs Actual Report ending May 31, 2025. j. Clerk – Presented the 2025-2026 Liquor Licenses. Supervisor II – Abbott made a motion to approve the Liquor Licenses pending no red flags after running the background checks, seconded by Supervisor I – Olson. All Ayes, motion to approve passed. Other Business k. Public Hearing for the Conditional Use Permit of the application for Jack Manzella will be held on July 21, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Monroe County Justice Center. l. The Little LaCrosse Watershed Infrastructure Resilience Initiative Meeting will be held on June 24, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Leon Community Center. m. Chairman Selebrede spoke with the Monroe County Vice Chair – Wally Habhegger on the property near the Leon Community Center and the Memorandum of Understanding for Maintenance and Use. n. The purchase agreement has been signed for the new Tractor. It is anticipated to be ready in October 2025. Adjourn o.
