Motion to approve the fund report and submit for audit by Supervisor Abbott, second Supervisor Olson. Clerk’s Report Clerk Brown presented the Accounts Payable for November. Randon audit confirm efficiency and accuracy of the ballot counting for election -results submitted to WI Election Commission and approved. We are reimbursed $0.35/ballot for the audit. Five election workers helped with the audit. We need to set a date for the Caucus for the Town of Leon between Jan 1-Jan 21st – the board decided on Saturday Jan. 18th at 10am. Vacating Leon Street documents have been notarized and submitted. WTA meeting hosted by Leon will be on Feb. 20th. Motion to approve the paid bills and submit for audit by Supervisor Abbott, second Supervisor Olson Patrolman Report Bruce had to replace the inverter on the backhoe – waiting for parts. Snowplowing has been minimal and salt/sand have been spread as needed. Bruce has been opening up trees on some problem areas for flooding on Laden Rd. After-the-Fact variance for Brandon Roderick Discussion and Action There was a letter from the county for Zoning regarding a variance. The zoning committee is meeting at the property on Kate Ave. The variance includes widening an easement and neighboring landowners have concerns about where it will be located. Chairman Selbrede plans to attend as well as the neighboring land owners. There was much discussion and concerns about zoning violations and problems. Land owners are encouraged to attend the meeting to share their concerns. Motion to table until after Monroe County Zoning meeting by Supervisor Abbott, second Supervisor Olson. Motion passed 3-0. Change of Zoning/Condition Use Permit for Distillery at Justin Trails Discussion and Action Tabled – survey not yet completed as expected so no action could be taken No action taken Executive Session for Employee Matters Recess to Exec Session at 6:46pm.
