Pursuant to Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public by the Village President, that the following meeting will be held: AGENDA Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 6:00 Roll Call Members present O’Rourke, Thompson, Coldren, Wilde, Bever, Short, Wallman New Business (Items are for discussion and possible action) Opening of seal coating bids Motion by Coldren second by Wallman to approve Fahrner Asphalt Sealers Bid for $24,975. Motion carried 7-0 Motion by Coldren, second by Wallman to move $10,000 from budget line 100-00-53431-000-00 to budget line 100-00-53230-000-00 and to transfer $3,303.98 out of General Projects S/H Capital outlay to pay for the Sealcoating.
