The Board’s findings were that Wilton Leasing LLC was aware prior to the meeting that his renewal may have been questionable and had the opportunity to be heard tonight and at the Licensing Committee meeting on June 1, 2026 which was posted and known to the public. He should have been aware that he can’t transfer a license. Since the license wasn’t done correctly—you can’t renew something that wasn’t established correctly, the previous renewals were done in error, processed contrary to required law. The Boa rd’s findings were that the obligations to the village were not met and would not have been able to meet all requirements in a timely manner.
