MC Department of Public Works : Sewer operations – Cost of sewer line repair at 500 Main St. Motion by SKaris second by MBeaumont for Village to pay half of repair cost of Property sewer line repair $2447. 66 MC CMAR- Resolution No. 2026-06-09 Motion by SKaris second by NAlcantar to approve CMAR- Resolution No. 2026-06-09. MC Water operations – Training/schooling – Maintenance Report – Received Gaters and Utility Truck from 1033 program. Needs parts to make all run . Finance: Payment of Bills Motion by GDecker second by MBeaumont to pay bills. MC New Cyber Security Company- CompurterGuts – Motion by LHelgren second by SKaris to approve ComputerGuts to Manage Services and Compliance for $1576.40. MC Motion by LHelgren second by SKaris to approve ComputerGuts to Set of New Website and manage it, for one-time fee of $770.00 and annual hosting fee of $630.00. MC New Computer and Software to be determined at board meetings as needed. Renewal of League Insurance – Village Property, Liability, and Workers Comp. Motion by SKaris second by LHelgren to approve Renewal of League Insurance. Personnel: Motion by SKaris second by MB to approve Weekend employee to have up to 15 hours a week until Labor Day. MC Library : next meeting, July 6 , 202 6 6 PM Building Permits & Licenses: Motion by LHelgren second by GDecker to approve building permit w/o fee for – 214 E South St. MC Motion by LHelgren second by NAlcantar to approve building permit with Fees for – 106 N West St. MC Motion by LHelgren second by GDecker to approve building permit w/o fees for – 210 E South St. MC Motion by SKaris second by GDecker to approve Class A Beer & Liquor License with competed paperwork & fees paid. MC Motion by SKaris second by MBeaumont to approve Class B Beer & Liquor License with completed paperwork & fees paid. MC Motion by SKaris second by GDecker to approve Picnic License for Norwalk Rod & Gun Club, & Norwalk Fire Dept. Motion by LHelgren second by KVian to approve persons want plot with tree they pay to remove tree . MC Streets, Sidewalks, Etc.: . Sewer rate Study results and recommendations from Closed session. Motion by LHelgren second by MBeaumont to change to the REU system for Sewer system. Starting January 1, 2027. MC Street Project – N Church and West Street Motion by SKaris seconded by NAlcantar to approve Amendment #1- Engineer Agreement. MC Public Safety: Police Report – Ad Hoc /Emergency Management : Community Action & Events Group and Farmers Market – Check on things and keep on Monthly agenda Annual Maintenance fee for Beacon that is $295.00 – discussion staled – LHelgren to go back to County and tell them.
