CITY OF SPARTA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Sparta would like to inform all property
owners/citizens that a building permit is required for
all remolding, repairing, demolition or construction
of any building or structure.
In our effort to make Sparta a beautiful place to live
and work, we encourage you to join us in our efforts
to do so. Also, if your property falls in the Historic
District, a Certificate of Appropriateness will also be
required.
Please call City Hall and ask for Stephanie at
706-444-5753 extension 105 for questions or
information pertaining to permits.
