The Martell Town Planning Committee Monthly Meeting will be held on July 28rd, 2026 at 6:30 PM at The Martell Town Hall, located at W5581 800th Avenue, Spring Valley, WI 54767 AGENDA *All items may be considered for approval or other action. 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Verification of Public Notice 4. Approve Agenda 5. Approve minutes from June 23rd regular Planning Committee meeting 6. Discussion Items a. Road Ordinance-Review Coffee chat and board feedback and take action as needed b. Continued discussion on data centers and how we should think about them. c. Determine how to add county language into our Comprehensive Plan regarding data centers d. Discuss Driveway Installation Standards: culvert material 7. Any person wishing to address the Planning committee is allowed 2 minutes for discussion on topics that were covered on this agenda. 8. Next meeting is 8/25 at 6:30pm 9.
