Public Notice of the Regular Planning Commission Meeting, Tuesday, April 28th at 7 PM

The Martell Town Planning Committee Monthly Meeting will be held on April 28th, 2026 at 6:30 PM at The Martell Town Hall, located at W5581 800th Avenue, Spring Valley, WI 54767 AGENDA *All items may be considered for approval or other action. 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Verification of Public Notice 4. Approve Agenda 5. Approve minutes from March 24th regular Planning Committee meeting 6. Persons wishing to address the Planning Committee a. Mary Brand from Pierce County Farm Bureau to discuss what was found overall on how other counties are addressing road ordinances as it pertains large haulers/manure spreading operations specifically. b. Rich Olson-Trailblazers Tree Service would like to address the committee concerning his request for a CUP for his property on the corner of 650th and Hwy 29 7. Discussion Items Review All Croix Reporting Process-Robin to provide current process along with reconciliation process if one exists. Discuss feedback from board on road ordinance 8. Next meeting is 5/26 at 6:30pm 9.
