The Martell Town Planning Committee Monthly Meeting will be held on March 24th, 2026 at 6:30 PM at The Martell Town Hall, located at W5581 800th Avenue, Spring Valley, WI 54767 AGENDA *All items may be considered for approval or other action. 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Verification of Public Notice 4. Approve Agenda 5. Approve minutes from January 26th regular Planning Commission meeting 6. Persons wishing to address the Planning Commission in an official capacity 7. Discussion Items Discuss actions and discussion from working meeting with Town Board Continue the road ordinance discussion Establish cadence for meetings moving through 2026 8. Discuss next meetings’ agenda items 9. Set next meeting date 10.
