The Martell Town Board Monthly Meeting will be held on February 3rd, 2026 at 7:00 PM at The Martell Town Hall, located at W5581 800 th Avenue, Spring Valley, WI 54767 AGENDA *All items may be considered for approval or other action. 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Verification of Public Notice 4. Approve Agenda 5. Approve minutes from the January 13 Regular Town Board Meeting 6. Persons wishing to address the Board 7. Receive January Treasurer’s Report and January Treasurer’s Receipts Report 8. Action/Discussion Items a. Approve January Disbursements b. Continue discussion around Fee Schedule and Citation Form for Citation Ordinance c. Discuss addition of sand/salt and other township services for private properties to Town Policies 9. Receive Department / Committee Reports a.
