TOWN OF MARTELL TOWN BOARD YEAR-END DISBURSEMENT APPROVAL MEETING MINUTES for A year-end disbursement approval meeting for the Board of Town of Martell, which was held on Monday, December 29th, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Town Hall 1. Call to order: Chairman Brathol called the meeting to order at 1:08 pm 2. Roll Call: All present except for Treasurer Sitz 3. Verification of Public Notice: Posted in 3 public locations and the website on Friday, 12/26 4. Kidd made a motion to approve the agenda, Kaminski 2nd, all in favor, motion carries 5. Kaminski made a motion to approve the Adjustment to 2025 Detailed Budget Amendment Addendum, Kidd 2nd, all in favor, motion carries 6. Kidd made a motion to Approve year-end funds disbursements - , Kaminski 2nd, all in favor, motion carries. 7. Draft January 13th meeting agenda: Discussed items to add to January agenda including: a. Fee Schedule - Robin provide info about what is needed, suggested fees, bare minimum, b. LRIP/ARIP updates - Ky report from CITRC Meeting c. Road Ordinance? Operations ordinance? ARIP Funding? Adherence to Comprehensive Plan. What/who is the right group to use for each or all of those things? Planning Commission, Road Commission, Study Group, Advisory Committee? d. Policy around plowing, sand/salting personal driveways as a service e. PC Directives: Not a policing agency. PC is here to respond to requests & do research. Individuals should report misuse of land concerns directly to the county, which already has a process for policing and enforcement. 8.
