Meeting Attendees: Wayne, Kathy, Lori, Fred, Travis, Dale, Prescott, Kai, Tim
Meeting called to order 6:02pm

Meeting minutes from previous meeting approved moved by Lori and seconded by Fred-motion

• Discussion around Current State of the Plan
o Ken did not get the updated plan to the committee as expressed
o Maps were sent to Ken and he indicated they would be added in the appendix
o Ken is also working on new updated maps with roads overlayed on them for clarity
o Pictures were requested from Prescott to be added to the final Comprehensive Plan
book
o Fred created additional language for pg 55(47) that we would need to ensure was in the
final version
o Committee realized that Ken did not receive the edits from our last meeting. Those
would be combined with verbiage from Fred and sent to Ken from Prescott.
• Prescott to ask the Town Board to provide Planning Commission Handbooks for the entire
Planning Committee
• Inspection Ordinance Review
o Building inspection language seemed adequate from the changes that Todd provided.
o Continued to review and discuss all changes that Todd had provided
o Request to change language to $1000 dollars bond for potential road damage, and $500
dollar bond for occupancy bond.
o Cleaned up the overall language on the proposed ordinance for building inspections
• Kai requested that Prescott ask MRPPC for the raw data from the survey. This would allow the
Planning Committee to evaluate the data in multiple ways and look for additional trends.
• Travis asked the Committee to review the changes that were made to the Planning Committee
Ordinance as all of the changes from the Lowberg letter were incorporated. Also noted that
none of the changes requested or suggested by Lowberg were of a legal issue with the overall
language of the Ordinance.
• Dale asked that we determine the total number of volunteer hours that we have put in on the
current book of work on the Comprehensive Plan to provide a report to the Town Board. The
Committee has been asked to estimate each of their hours over the 22 meetings since the
beginning of the process
• General discussion as to the direction of the committee after the Comprehensive Plan is finalized
and adopted.
• Motion made to adjourn by Travis and seconded by Kathy
• Adjourn at 7:57pm
Next meeting will be May 6th at 6pm.
