Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from 8/19/2025 Meeting Attendees: Wayne, Lori, Fred, Travis, Dale, Kat, Prescott Special guest Ky Meeting called to order 6:04pm Meeting was properly noticed Motion to approve the minutes from the previous meeting 7/15: Motion made-Lori and second by Fred. All approved. Discussion: • Discussion on Town maintenance list Prescott read the list of High priority items to be addressed. Basic items included but not limited to basic annual maintenance on the HVAC unit as well as adding hot water to the bathrooms etc. Wayne and Fred have already reviewed the list in general for the board and Travis and Wayne to provide the list to the board for “hot” items that should be addressed first. This would give them the ability to make an ad hoc budget potentially yet this year for immediate concerns. • Working meeting requests Robin will communicate to the Planning committee dates for the working meeting of the board overall. Robin will also send Wayne, Prescott and Travis the “notes” as she turns them into minutes of the meeting by Friday of the board meeting along with any other working meeting information. How and when should the Planning committee attend the working meetings. General discussion was had regarding the working meetings overall and what the board is working to accomplish. The idea was put out to have the Planning Committee also attend the working meetings or be at least added to the notices and the members could attend optionally. • Building Inspection discussion Specific sections reviewed for clarity. Section 1.6 & 1.12 could be sections that need expanded. Scope should also look more like what is listed on the form as well. Made minor alterations to section 1.6 for clarification. The committee made more clarifications and cleaned up the language overall and updated the form. A motion was made to send the final version of the building inspection changes to the board for review and action. Motion made by Wayne and seconded by Lori-motion carried by an all in favor vote. • Driveway Ordinance Review Discussed potential changes to the ordinance. Line C of section 1 was a question that we would need the legal council to weigh in on overall. Motion was made by Fred and seconded by Kat to send the driveway ordinance to the board for review and potential legal review. Travis made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Prescott seconded the meeting was adjourned. All members present were in favor and the meeting was adjourned at 7:50pm.
