Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from 7/15/2025 Meeting Attendees: Wayne, Lori, Fred, Travis, Dale, Kat Meeting called to order 6:01pm Meeting was properly noticed Motion to approve the minutes from the previous meeting: Motion made-Lori and second by Fred. All approved. Discussion: Discussion around the resolution to send to the board for approval of the comprehensive plan as it was presented with the changes discussed previously. Wayne made a motion to pass the resolution to the comprehensive plan for 2025, Lori seconded the motion and all members present were in favor of the resolution. Motion was passed and the resolution to accept the comprehensive plan will now move to the full board at the next board meeting Next was the discussion around the permitting and inspections only that was provided previously. The committee reviewed and updated the ordinance during the meeting as well as created and approved the use of a Town Notification form. This form is not in lieu of the permitting and inspection process it is intended to be a notification to the town of impending requests that it should see come across in the near future. Travis made a motion to pass the revised permitting and inspection process as finalized by the planning committee along with the use of the Town Notification form that will be attached to the meeting minutes. The motion was seconded by Wayne and all members present were in favor of sending the revised permitting and inspection ordinance to the town board for approval. The committee then took up discussion on the Maintenance Plan for the town overall. The committee believed that the plan that Fred and Lori worked up to be a comprehensive plan that can be adjusted overall as new items arise or as funding is available. Kat made a motion to pass the Maintenance plan as it was written and send it to the board for it to utilize moving forward. Wayne seconded the motion and all members that were present were n favor of the motion. Next the committee discussed the next meeting’s agenda: • Project hit list • Robin directions from board working meetings on requests and how that will function • Working meetings and how/when should planning committee members attend • Driveway ordinance-review current and look to make potential changes overall. Next meeting is scheduled for 8/19/2025 at 6pm Travis made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Fred seconded the meeting. All members present were in favor and the meeting was adjourned at 8:15pm.
