Comprehensive Plan Continuation:
-Comprehensive plan needs to instruct the county on what the town “wants” as it pertains to
the request.
-Need more designation than primary Ag. This designation may not be comprehensive enough.
-Need to create a list of ordinances that should be enacted in the future to ensure we have the
interests of the community in our planning processes.
-Goals were only sent to Prescott for review. Committee reviewed the goals again prior to Ken
joining the call.
-Adjusted the language to be more inclusive and less divisive on direction on potential of
projects that may come to the Planning Committee.
Added verbiage:
“With diligent research and careful forthought the committee will be enabled to take
a more deliberate action as it pertains to the project requested”
